Works great It's pretty true to fit. I have a 43" chest and got the large. I use it under my bike jersey for cold weather riding. It kept me pretty warm (with a jersey over it) down to 40 deg F when night biking. I have long arms and it just covers down to my wrist when hunched into my riding position.
