I'm 5'8" and were size large shirt. The shirt is a little long on me, but would fit best w/ taller guys 5'10" an up.

Everyone should own a few of these shirts I have a number of these types of shirts from many brands, but this MHW version really is becoming my favorite. Better than the last version, the material feels denser, yet lightweight, and moves comfortably across the skin with no resistance or restriction of movement. I've used it for trail running and soccer with perfect comfort and performance.

Super shirt Shirt fits a bit larger than what I'd have thought, so order true to size. Some MH products fit on the small side, but not this shirt. It is so lightweight, it is hard to believe you are even wearing a shirt. Dries superfast too. I bought two and will get more soon!

Super Lite with Reinfored Seams I needed a a shirt that could take the abuse of taking a pack off and on; while being lite enough that when I wash and hang it after a day on the trail, it'll be dry in the morning. (Bought two so that I'll always have a clean shirt to change into the next day.) Athletic fit means there is no excess material to bunch up and create discomfort in the shoulder or hip straps of your pack. Very pleased with Mountain Hardwear gear - esp. these shirts.
