Saucony ProGrid Ride This is a great shoe for heavy walking and running. It is designed for folks who tend to walk on the outside of their feet. This is my second pair. Highly recommend.

Great running shoes This is my second pair! I used to run in Asics but switched over per recommendation from an "expert" after she watched me run. I run about 25 miles per week.
